Brigith Martinez '21 Recruiting Profile

For me, soccer has always been a significant part of my life. I don’t recall a moment in my life where the sport hasn’t been a part of me. Over the years, my love and dedication to this sport have only grown. I am fortunate enough to play on a very talented and overall incredible team. We’ve been very successful in winning many tournaments and reaching the finals in larger ones such as The Robbie. Winning these tournament finals always gives an incredible feeling of accomplishment, but it’s also through the losses that I’ve grown as a player and a person. Through my years of playing, I’ve built up a great work ethic. I’ve learned perseverance and accountability, not only for my mistakes but to realize where my strengths and weaknesses lie. This is crucial to me because I need this to be able to improve and be the best player I can be. I aspire to find a school that fits athletically and academically. A few qualities I will bring to any team are devotion, determination, and respect for the program.
