Personal Statement

I am an ambitious and dedicated soccer player with a deep-rooted passion for the game. My soccer journey is a testament to my strong commitment, leadership qualities, and consistent growth. I am seeking to further my academics and soccer career at the US College level of play, and I am confident in my skills, experience and adaptability. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to discuss my potential contribution to an interested US College program, and I am available for trials or meetings as required


Key Personal Attributes:

Commitment: Soccer is a top priority for me. I enjoy the challenge of further developing my skills through preparation, practice, and games. 

Leadership: I lead by example (having a team first mindset), both during matches and practice. I always play and practice with focus & intensity. 

- Coachability: I take pride in my ability to embrace and apply feedback, and I'm always on the lookout for ways I can improve my game.

Mental and Match Fitness: I engage in weekly strength, agility, and cardio training sessions, both in-season and off-season, under the guidance of both a personal trainer and a mental skills development coach.

- Technical Capabilities: Attacking and pressing intensity, versatility (CM, Forward, AM, L/W Wing), composure.


My Soccer Accomplishments:

- Club: North Toronto Nitros (OPDL): Team Captain, 4 seasons, U13 through U16 seasons. 

- Provincial Representation: Member of the Ontario Provincial Team for U14, U15 and U16 seasons. 

- Ontario National Development Centre: candidate for U14 and U15 seasons. 

First Touch Football: Sports Ambitions All-Star Showcase, 2024.


Other Athletic Accomplishments: 

- Cross Country: CISAA (Regional) Champion for U13, U14, U15; OFSSA (Provincial) qualified participant U15/U16.
