Growing up, I have grown to love the sport soccer. From the many practices, games, and even spending time with friends. However as I reach this point in my soccer career, I not only want to find a college to fit my athletic capabilities but my academic demands as well. Over my academic career, I have exceeded in many of my classes as well as maintaining my 4.1 GPA I currently hold now. When it comes to finding the right college, I want a university that can challenge me both on and off the field.
When it comes to the field, I have developed many characteristics crucial to any team. First and foremost, I always work my hardest no matter what. Whether I had a bad day, I always know that when I’m on the field that it’s my time to do my best regardless of what happens. In addition, I carry the motivation that every athlete has. I always push myself to my limits because that’s what’s going to make me a better player at the end of the day. Finally, I’m all around a team player. I want what’s best for me and my teammates at all times and I will do what it takes to get there.
All in all, I personally want a college to fit all of my needs. I’m going to be academically and athletically challenged at this university and I want to enjoy every moment. The next four years of my life, I want to be surrounded by a team and school that will not only benefit me but be my side through my journey.
