Hi! My name is Dakota Landry, I am looking forward to playing soccer competitively at the college level. Currently, I play either Left wing or Left Midfield Attacker and have also taken on the role of Striker when needed. I am a starter for Division II Scituate High School Varsity Team which was recently named season Division II Season champions. I scored 9 goals for the season! My greatest strength is I am extremely coachable, I take in and implement any corrections with my coaches guidance and support. I strive for excellence both mentally and physically on and off the field. I am a dominate lefty by nature and I certainly try to use this to my advantage. I have been playing Soccer since I was 4 years old, and currently play clubsoccer for the Scorpions previously I played for Bruno United FC. I am interested in completing my Bachelor of Science Degree within the Medical fields, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Nutrition/Dietary, or Dermatology Pre-Med. I am an active member of HOSA RI and a member of the National Honor Society. I am currently taking 2 Early Enrollment classed which include AP Language and Chemistry Honors. I recently placed in a statewide HOSA competition focusing on what the effects of drugs has on student athletes which led me to competition on a worldwide level in Texas. I am enrolled in Spanish IV Honors and recently visited Spain with my school. I also have achieved my Seal of Bi-Literacy in Spanish. Thank you for viewing my profile and your consideration!
