Malia Ramdhanny '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Malia Ramdhanny and I play center back for the Grenada Women's National Team. My goal is to play professionally and on my journey so far I have won a national championship with my former college Brookhaven, competed in the 2023 World Cup qualifiers, and helped Grenada win Group B - League C in the first CONCACAF women's Gold Cup. After playing most of my life in the midfield, I bring a unique set of skills as center back. Playing comfortably with both feet is a skill I refined as a midfielder however I tend to favor my right foot for set pieces. I am strong in the air defensively and enjoy getting in the box on corners when I am not taking them myself. My technical abilities as a midfielder have helped me get out of many tight defensive situations and I am always looking to break lines when possible, whether that be with a pass or driving forward myself. I am looking forward to continuing to develop, learn and grow as a player throughout the rest of my collegiate soccer career in preparation for my next steps to becoming a professional athlete.
