Samantha Rago '12 Recruiting Profile

I am an extremely hard working athlete and student. I have over come barriers, will strive for excellence, and will never settle for failure. In the third grade I was diagnosed with Dylexia, I was placed into specialized classes to cope with my disorder. My teachers thought I would have to repeat third grade. Through countless hours of studying , I proved my teachers wrong by not only passing the grade, but also I began to excel academically! Little by little my grades improved. Originally my grades were C's in the third grade, but now I have high A's. Currently, I am ranked top 8% of my 2012 class! My strong worth ethic is not only in school but also on the soccer field. I believe I could make a difference on a soccer team due to my soccer skills and experience, easy going and bubbly personality,  along with my strong work ethic  and highly competitive spirit.
