Jackson Grubbs '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a very driven person academically and athletically.  I seek out challenges and need them to maintain the highest level of motivation.  Its rewarding to overcome a challenge whether it is academic or athletic.  The thing i love about the game of soccer is it gives back what I put into it.  I work hard off the pitch and let my play tell the story of how hard I work off the pitch and how driven I am to be successful on the pitch.  I pride myself in being a cheerleader for my teammates to ensure I do all I can to keep us all focused on the game plan and in a positive mindset.  It's more important for me to be successful as a teammate than an individual player and also to be coachable.  I internalize feedback and am not shy about asking questions if I don't understand the instructions in order to ensure I address the issues.  I ultimately believe that I am a driven athlete but more importantly to me a good team mate and coachable player.  I appreciate your consideration reviewing my profile.
