I am leaning towards a major in Psychology. I like the physical aspect of soccer and how it pushes me to go beyond what I thought was possible. I also enjoy how my team becomes like another family to me, that we learn how to read each other, and know that we have each other's backs. I began playing soccer when I was three, but what really caused me to fall in love with soccer was the freedom I felt on the field of not worrying about anything other than the game. My ability to listen before talking, motivation to avoid mistakes, and my ability to encourage and use humor in stressful situations helps both my team and myself to keep a positive outlook and to play our absolute best. My strongest assets are crossing the ball, passing, and accurately sending the ball long distances. Academics are important to me, and I am currently taking four college classes as well as honors classes for all of my core subjects. My GPA is 5.2, and I am ranked 10 of 215 in my class.
