For college, I look for schools with great STEM programs more focused on chemistry because I am also interested in medical school down the road. I would prefer a program that allowed me to live off-campus because cooking, nutrition, and quiet study time are both very important to me. In the word student-athlete, I recognize that student comes first. School is very important to me and I look to start college with approximately 45 credit hours. With that said I am willing to be very fixable and love a challenge.
In a soccer program, competing at the highest level is something I strive for. I look for a team that plays a similar style to what I play which is a 4 3 3 where the outside back gets involved in the attack. The team should also be respectful to the coaches and other teammates with a strong bond. A team that works hard every day, and lifts each other up instead of tearing others down. I know this sounds cliche but, having been a part of both those types of teams, I know which team is more successful.
Some things that set me apart from other players and students is my work ethic and leadership skills. You will never find a person that will outwork me on or off the field. Being a returning captain, ..... I like to lead by example. I have never been much of a talker, but at the end of the day actions speak louder than words.
