Bridgette West '21 Recruiting Profile

    Hello! I hope to play for a 4-year college/university. I am a very hard-working and dedicated athlete to my sport and my academics. I graduate in May of 2021 and plan on adding to my skill strong points and strengthening my skill weak points between now and then (and further on). I have a current 3.7 GPA and am working towards an advanced diploma. I was on the James River High School (Buchanan, Va)  division 2A varsity soccer team where we were eliminated in the state semi-final game. I was a starter for every game that season, and mainly played attacking midfield. 

    I have played soccer since I was 5 years old, and see it as very much so a lifestyle. I am very passionate about the sport and strive to get better every day.  I was a triple-sport athlete (volleyball, track, & soccer) up until my junior year when I decided to focus on my future in the sport I love. I am a very competitive person on and off the field, yet I am also very compassionate and understanding. My Ideal team is a very close-knit group of girls that work hard each and every day to better themselves and each other. I prefer to stay in my home state of Virginia, but I am willing to make exceptions for the right program. I look forward to my journey playing collegiate level soccer!
