My name is Alison Laukala and I have been playing soccer since I was three. My goal when I go to college is not only to further my soccer career, but also my academic career. I am a very determined person, as you can see I have been on varsity since I was a sophomore and have been playing on competitive club teams for four years. I have also been captain on my club team for the past three years being the highest scorer this year and plan on being one of the captains my senior year of high school. Last high school season, one of my favorite memories was when we were at a regional game for state and we went into pk's and I was one of the people that made my pk to go to state, we then finished 8th in Washington State and I plan on winning state next year. In college my goal is to be a dynamic player on the field and use my skills to help not only my team but myself grow over the four years. To be successful in college sports you need to be focused on two things sports and school with no distractions, that is what I plan on doing. By playing sports in college it will keep me focused and determined to get things done. Many people have told me I am a character, I like to be fun but also serious by placing me on your team you will be adding someone with a great work-ethic, as well as someone who can have fun when the time is necessary.
