My name is Shay Lange, I am currently a junior at Shoreland Lutheran High School in Somers, Wisconsin. I am a multisport athlete who has been in Varsity basketball for 3 years and a 2-year starter. I have also been in Varsity soccer going on my 3rd year. I have also had the privilege of playing on Wisconsin’s state ODP team for 2 years. I am a coachable and versatile player who has played all over the field. I show up to any event and give it my all and fight to the very end. I would like to advance my soccer career to the collegiate level.
I have had a love for the game of soccer since a very young age. I have been playing since I was 4 years old, and have been playing club for 8 years. Throughout these years I have played every position on the field. My primary position is center or outside defense. This year however for school I have been moved up to a holding or defensive mid role.
Throughout my 3 years of high school I have managed my classes and have a cumulative GPA of 3.7. I have been on honor roll for all 3 years, I was on the Student Council for 2 years, and am now on the National Honor Society. I am a hard worker on and off the field. I am a hard worker and am always looking to learn and improve.
