Sports have had a big impact on my life ever since I was little. Playing soccer and football have taught me responsibility as well as the level of dedication it takes to succeed. Football is a newer passion that I have acquired in high school. I am the only girl kicker on the boys varsity boys football team at my high school. I have always had a strong passion for soccer which gave me the opportunity to play for a premier club as well as at a varsity level high school team. Because of my tactical abilities, I am a two footed player, take corners and free kicks in games and can switch positions. I have played forward, center midfield-both attacking and defensive, left full back, and center defense. I am always striving to get better and love the competitive environment to receive those kind of challenges that will help me to improve both tactically and physically. I am a very hard worker and determined person in both sports and life/school. My hope is to play soccer for a team who has a great program, with coaches, staff, and players I can build chemistry with and have an enjoyable experience.
In addition to sports, I do well in school. Including being an honor roll student, I am also in National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society. My overall GPA is 3.93. I take all advanced classes including AP's such as AP Photography and AP Psychology to challenge myself. Currently I am thinking about having a major in Nutrition or something related to it but I know I am seeking a college that provides that balance as well as importance of academics and athletics.
