- Swam 7 individual events & 2 relays. Best times in 100 FR (-1.81 sec), 400IM (-9.35 sec), & 100 BR (-2.28 sec). Finaled in100BR (14th) & both relays (6th & 16th). Long, hot four days (103-110 degrees each day), but happy with my swims and proud of my teammates! Overall successful meet! :)

- Great week of intense training with very knowledgable coaches! Training long course at altitude & indoors 6+ hours a day was definitely a challenge for this California girl, but it was amazing! I feel stronger & really prepared for a very successful long course season!
