Personal Statement
Dear coaches: My name is Kayla Gompper. I am a 5'4'' 105lb swim and water-polo player. While I am only a junior in high school I have accomplished many things. For example, I have four varsity letters, I have recently earned my scuba diving certification, and I have started for my water-polo team since freshman year. For the last 5 years I have done multiple club teams for swim and waterpolo, in addition to high school, they include, Poway Valley waterpolo club, Pacific Polo, Pacific Swim, and Ramona Swim Team. Also, I am a 3 time CIF athlete willing to work hard and dedicate time to bettering myself along with my teammates. I would love to be a Marine Biologist specifically in a more hands on field. I am very excited to see what my future holds!
