my career as a swimmer started since i was 4/5 years old, my sister was and still is a swimmer she was the main reason i started swimming. I've tried several sports like tennis, skating, dancing, equestrian, cheerleading, soccer, volleyball etc... But i always found myself going back to swimming. The swimming space has always been a way for me to get my thoughts together it's been a way to put my mind into focus. Ever since i started swimming i've been a very competitive person, back in colombia i was at one of the best teams from the country and they pushed me to be the best. Once i moved to the US i found myself reaching levels i never thought i would with this sport. Till this day my biggest accomplishment has been going to the state games of america and getting 3rd for all of my events, not only that but since i started my high school experience i've had the records from my school for 100 backstroke, 500 free, 200 IM, 200 free relay, 200 medley relay, and 400 free relay. I cherish this sport in my heart and it has always been the thing i've been good at and it has taught me a lot of lessons and given me the best memories of my life. I'm so motivated to keep having this love and passion for this sport for through my college years and what i have left from high school!
