I am currently in my second and final year at Iowa Lakes CC. I am getting my A.A Transfer degree here and hope to transfer to potentially get my bachelor's in Education or Nursing.
I have been swimming for about 12 years now, and I do have some injuries. I have trochlear dysplasia in both of my knees and rotator cuff tendonitis in my shoulders. I try not to let that hold me back and try my best in swimming and have physical therapy exercises for both!
I believe that I can be a great leader and athlete for the team. I always want to make sure all my teammates are at the best they can be and always want them to do their best. I know that I can bring a positive environment in the pool, classroom, and around the campus as well.
