Marley Iraha '26 Recruiting Profile

Aloha Coaches! My name is Marley Iraha and I’m currently a High School sophomore enrolled at Waipahu High School. Growing up surrounded by ocean meant that my parents enrolled me in water sports immediately. From surfing to waterpolo to swimming I’ve competed in numerous water sports. I’ve been competitively swimming for 8 years now and I have no intentions of ever stopping. 

Along with swimming, I throughly enjoy school, and I love being pushed to the limits in all areas of my academics. I plan to continue maintaining a strong balance in being a student athlete and participating in Honor roll. I also throughly enjoy volunteer work and being able to fundraise and help those who are less fortunate. I’m a hard worker and I love being busy! When I’m not in the classroom I’m tutoring students and working with young children at special Olympics and as a teachers aid. Swimming has allowed me to widen my perspective on mental health and I strive to be the best athlete and person I can be! 

I’ve always dreamt of being able to compete at the collegiate level and I plan to continue my career as an athlete for as long as I can!
