Hello! My name is Kate. I am currently a junior at Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville, IL, and I have been competitively swimming for 10 years. I started out swimming competitively for The Fox Valley Swim Team (IL) and fell in love with the sport. I continued swimming year round for my club and high school team (IL State Champs, 2018,2019,2020).
When I was a freshman I joined my high school varsity swim team and I have been on it ever since. I love swimming not just for the sport but for the team dynamic. Being on a team where everyone supports you, cares about you, and motivates you is truly something special.
Looking ahead, I would love to swim in college. It has become one of my main passions, and I would love to see how much better I can get. Swimming is a huge part of my life, and it has taught me many things such as cooperation, leadership, perseverance, patience, and discipline. In addition to swimming, I’m an award winning artist and have taken every art class I could including AP Art Studio. Like swimming, it's another of my passions I’d like to pursue after high school.
I am a very hard worker, easily coachable, and willing to push myself to achieve my goals. The sky is the limit. Let’s Go!!!
