Apsara Sakbun '19 Recruiting Profile

Since the age of four I have been in love with the swimming! My twelve years of swimming on a competitive club team have greatly influenced my attitude towards the sport and help build my character. Torpedoes swimming has provided me with three crucial keys to success: teamwork, dedication, and discipline. Since my freshman year I have continued to improve my times as well as my technique and have always wanted to pursue a career in college swimming. A three time state qualifier, and three time sectional champion I continue to strive towards being the best I can be. My athletic and academic career go hand in hand, therefore I am looking for a college where I can get a well rounded education but also challenge myself in the pool. I am a very hard working athlete and am excited to see where my swimming can take me.
