Julia Munger '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Julia Munger. I am currently a junior at Benjamin Franklin High School in New Orleans, LA and have been competitively swimming since the age of seven. I consider myself very academically as well as athletically motivated. Throughout my time at Franklin, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA. I am also involved in multiple aspects of my club team, Nu Wave Swim Club, being not only a swimmer, but also a volunteer swim instructor. I try to bring this involved and driven attitude both to my academics and my swimming. I consider myself a very hardworking and determined swimmer, who is always looking to improve technique, strokes, and endurance in order to maximize my success. Swimming is an integral part of my life, and I am very interested in competing on the collegiate level. I strongly feel that I can be a valuable member of a collegiate swim team. My main goal is to find a school where I can have a great swimming experience along with success and rigor in the classroom.
