Olivia Chenier '22 Recruiting Profile

      My mom always tells people I was born to swim because I always would hold my breath. So when I was 6 years old I swam on the summer swim team. Since then I have not stopped. In 2014 , I joined Tiger Aquatics (club team) . Swim has  brought up many challenges, but has also helped me through so many.  It’s helped me fight asthma and is my escape from depression.  

    My highest accomplishment is after 6 months of emails and meetings, I  finally was able to start a swim team for Live Oak High School. Freshman and Sophomore year their was only 2 swimmers. In 2020  we have eight swimmers.  This shows I am determined athlete who fights for her goals. People describe me as a team builder, because I always encourage the team to push through practices and give 100% .
