As a student in college I want to study for at least a masters in order to become a biomedical engineer. I think my outlook on the upcoming future is to just get the most from this point in my life, education and enjoyment. Swimming has become such a big part of my life that I don't want to leave it behind when entering a university. Being a swimmer since the age of eight, competing for summer, club and the high school teams, I want to keep improving my technique and keep getting faster, so it would be as though 2020 never happened.
Academics wise, I believe that I'm a fairly intelligent individual, I love to help others when they need it. There are many activities that I love to partake in when I get the time to, like extracurricular involving music and teaching. When I set my mind to do something, I tend to power through although sometimes it can be for a small price, not stopping until it is complete and the way I want it. I guess being an endurance swimmer, my out of water habits still reflect that. With all my years of training I have become an athlete working towards the top. I'm not the fastest but I want to reach the limit of my abilities, the fastest that I can be, to overcome the hardships and win.
I would say I'm friendly and quiet, a hardworking individual who doesn't settle for mediocrity. I'm not really the openly competitive type, I prefer just focusing on my own abilities instead of comparing it to others, but it doesn't mean that I don't enjoy friendly competition.
