From the moment I first stepped into the water, I’ve been in love. That love has followed me all through elementary, middle, and high school and I hope for it to be a part of my coming college years. In college, I plan to work hard in both the classroom and pool, fully embracing academic and athletic opportunities. Becoming a medical professional all while dropping time in the pool is the ultimate goal for me. I’m a team player and am able to see past one bad day or painful workout to the potential future benefits of pushing myself in the present. I see the value in stepping outside of your comfort zone to excel, as I also play varsity tennis for my highschool. I’m a strong and benificial addition to any team because of my constant positive attitude and refusal to let others get under my skin or into my teammates heads, and hope to showcase these traits as part of a collegiate swim team.
