Personal Statement
When I was seven I joined my community center's summer league and I instantly fell in love with swimming. I swam for the summer league every summer until 2020. I decided to join my high school's team and I made tremendous progress in just one season. My sophomore season was just as rewarding despite having a minor shoulder injury. As my shoulder healed I grew more determined to out do myself and work to make my junior season my best one yet. I have been doing off season training and hope to continue growing as an athlete during the 2022-2023 season!
