2021 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Swimming has taught me the value and rewards that come from dedication and work ethic. I strive to be the best I can possibly be academically and athletically. I was honored to be awarded the Outstanding Senior Female Swimmer for the 2019-2020 season of my club team. The club team I currently swim for is very team-oriented and through this atmosphere I have learned so much about the joys that come with swimming for a truly bonded team.
I am homeschooled, and because of this, I have not been able to swim with any high school in my area, or under Missouri's high school state swimming program (MSHSAA). This has been difficult, as high school swimming is a very important aspect of swimming in the area I live in. However, because of this, I have been given the opportunity to push myself to become a better athlete than I would have been if i was swimming at the high school level. I am looking forward to continuing my swimming career collegiately!
