Hello, I am Sophie Lansdown and I am a track and field athlete from Springfield, MO. I have been running for Rush Track and Field Team for two years. I have competed in local, state, and national meets .
As a runner, I am confident, determined, and self-motivated. I am constantly competing against myself and striving to improve my personal records. I love learning new techniques and believe that I am extremely coachable.
I first started running as a freshman and it quickly moved form being a sport to a passion. This past spring (2019), I placed 3rd in the 100m sprint at the Homeschool National Track Competition in Bolivar, MO.
I am extremely dedicated to everything I set my mind to. I promise to give 100% effort and perform to the best of my ability.
