Mackenzie Tuttle '19 Recruiting Profile

I first started swimming competitively when I was ten years old. From my very first practice, I immediately fell in love with the sport. I quickly found that my determination and love of competition set me apart from other athletes. A major goal of mine has always been to swim in college .

In the pool, I work hard every single day and will stop at nothing to achieve my goals. I believe I have the stroke technique and times that qualify me to swim at the next level. I am coachable and take advice/constructive criticism well. I am a team captain and leader and I push those around me to be the best version of themselves. Nothing makes me happier than accomplishing my goals alongside my teammates year after year. The team atmosphere is very important to me and I hope to find that same positive environment as a college athlete.

In the classroom, I push myself to be the best I can be. I study hard to maintain my GPA and I wish to pursue my academics at the collegiate level.

I've made it an important goal of mine to further my academic and athletic career as as a college level student athlete.
