Human bodies consist of 60% of water, but mine consists of 100% of it.
Born as a sick baby, I didn't have a very healthy childhood, and that was the original reason for me to swim--to try to make myself healthier. I started swim since first grade, and magically this sport that was originally supposed to make me a stronger kid became a part of my life. My passion for swimming has not been lessened but kept gaining over my 12-year swim experience. I started swimming competitively four years ago with New Wave Swim Team, and under the huge help from all my supportive coaches I have learned how to swim faster, and not only how to be a better swimmer but a better person. I love being with my team, even though I'm not the one that always talks; I care about my team and teammates with my whole heart, and I will always do everything I could for the team and I'm always willing to listen to them and provide everything I could to make things better; I love when my hard works get paid off, because I earned all that by myself; I love doing workouts--no matter how hard it is--with my teammates and grow with them together as swimmers.
I love colleges with a caring team, but more importantly I want to go to a college with both a strong academic department and a great athletic program. I'm always seeking a place that can build up my advantages and teach me how to fight against the things I'm not good at. I really want a community where I can grow with everyone else--even not at the same rate--just like my swim team now, and I loves schools where I can always find a place for myself.
I loved swimming when I started it, I'm in love with swimming now, and swimming will always have an important place in my future which will discover more of my possibilities and abilities as an athlete, student, and person.
