My name is Molly Randolph and I am a dedicated high school swimmer from East Rutherford High School. I am currently a part of three competitive swim teams and I am passionate about pursuing swimming at the college level. Alongside my athletic pursuits, I am also committed to obtaining a four-year degree in either Social Sciences or Sports Management. I am a diligent and hardworking individual, and I refuse to settle for anything less than success. My siblings and I have dedicated a lot of our childhood chasing our dreams to be successful in swimming. I have been instilled with the values of hard work and perseverance from a young age by my parents and swim coaches. In addition to my athletic and academic endeavors, I work as a lifeguard in the summer and babysit during the winter, balancing my responsibilities to keep a high level of success in and out of the water. I also volunteer my time by coaching and mentoring young swimmers in the recrational league. Despite my busy schedule, I remain steadfast in my dream of swimming competitively in college, and I am determined to make it a reality.
