I would probably say that I am most proud of myself for making it to 4A regionals as a freshman and during a COVID year. I am fortunate enough to be a part of a great team where I am surrounded by people who I know are there to help me be better as a swimmer and a student. Being a student and a competitive swimmer is a hard balance but I have learned how to have better time management and how to put my priorities first. I am looking for a program that replicates this at a higher level and allows me to keep improving. Being a part of a high school team where not many kids take swim seriously has a allowed me so show people more about the sport and how it can better people physically and mentally.
