Ashley Hartung '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ashley, swimming started for me when I was 8 years old. Throughout my swimming career, swimming in college has always been a dream of mine, and to this day swimming in college is still a dream of mine. 

While i'm in college i'm planning on going into education. iv'e wanted to be a teacher since the 6th grade, and for my school i'm currently in an education and training program to help me get a jump on my future! 

When i'm not in the pool, i'm throwing shot put and discus for my school. During my freshman year I was asked to try throwing, and I did. Now Track and Field is another passion of mine,  and I hope to be able to continue Track in college as well. 

Each day I look more and more into my future and being able to do and be whatever I want to be!
