Julia Balulis '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I am Julia Balulis. I’ve been a swimmer since sixth grade, and I’m extremely dedicated to my academics and my sports. I constantly work to better myself and be the best student, athlete, and person I can be. 

I would love to continue swimming at a collegiate level because it offers me an opportunity to push myself to improve even more. I want to train at a higher level and my passion for swimming will help me improve myself, and improve the team I swim for. 

I strive to excel academically as well. I love to learn and I do my best to face any challenges with confidence. I want to study mechanical engineering in college. Motorsports have always fascinated me and I would love to have an opportunity to work for a NASCAR team. 

I consider myself a well-rounded student, for I balance challenging schoolwork, training for swim, and am involved in many clubs, such as the Pottsville Leo Club and I am treasurer of the Sketch Club.
