Hello! I am Katelyn Aquino and I am a swimmer from Nashville, Tennessee. I began swimming competitively around age 10 at Nashville Aquatic Club. I am currently a sophomore attending Harpeth Hall, a private, all-girls college preparatory school in Nashville. I am also part of my school’s swim team, the Harpeth Hall Bearacudas. In February, we took home the title of State Champions for the fifth consecutive year.
Aside from swimming and school, I enjoy playing guitar and piano. I also participate in my school’s chamber orchestra playing the violin. In my free time, I love reading, writing, and listening to music. I believe I am a hard worker, cooperative, flexible, and persistent. I would love to attend a college with a strong engineering program because I intend to major in chemical engineering. I've always had a love for science!
I would love to be able to swim for college and, if given the opportunity, will give my best effort!
