Mackailee's Tenni...Personal Statement
I want to challenge myself to learn and improve at as many things as possible during my lifetime. I love a challenge and am constantly pushing myself to the next level. Good is never good enough for me. I work at 110% effort at everything I do, from being a rigorous student to leading a marching band, you won't see me slacking. Tennis is no exception- my desire to enhance my abilities and body exceeds my peers. I am a fighter, I don't give up, I will rise before the challenge... I always say "They may win, but they will bleed."
Beyond tennis, I lead a Marching Band by being a Drum Major; I enjoy drawing, specifically doing digital art; I have played the clarinet for over six years now; as well as I enjoy many other activities like basketball, video games, paintball, ice skating, and choir. I am a quick learner and love to learn new things. I live by the ideology of "seeking discomfort"- it may be scary at first, but the reward is worth it.
