Hi my name is Laura Lowe. For as long as I can remember, I knew I wanted to become an athlete and as I was growing up I played various sports. I am now in my sophomore year of High School and I have chosen tennis as my main sport. What makes me love the game of tennis is the intensity in each match and the skills I have gained that I can apply to other aspects of life. My two passions in life are to play competitive tennis and to eventually study of medicine. I love to constantly challenge myself to become a better player and a stronger student. I've observed that while playing my personal best is important, I also have a need to focus on how I can improve and be a better teammate. Whether playing tennis or training and practicing, I've noticed that in order to improve, if you you want to succeed in your goals you need to put the in the hard work in order to get there. I am extremely committed to succeeding in my both my goals - being an excellent tennis athlete and a medical professional. I am comitted to do the hard work.
