Jade Burnett '22 Recruiting Profile

I am a student-athlete of Class of 2022 and I aim to pursue playing tennis at a collegiate level. My dream has always been to attend a college that allows me to thrive academically as well as athletically while playing tennis for their team. I work towards that goal everyday by maintaining a high GPA, attending and making the most out of every single tennis practice and maintaining team bonding even beyond the court. I have been playing tennis for ten years and I am truly passionate about the sport; essentially when I'm not playing it, I'm watching it and studying collegiate level athletes and professionals play it. I am notably an absorbent and very coachable player eager for critique for improvement; I am a very determined and dedicated player as well, just as I am a very determined and dedicated student, full of passion and potential for both tennis and school. I am huge on sportsmanship in general and supporting my teammates on and off the court. My favorite attribute about myself athletically is my competitive spirit and and strong drive for success.
