As I look forward to attending college in roughly 18 months, I am excited for the opportunity to pursue my academic career and continue to play the sport which I am passionate for. My coaches and teachers will all attest to my ability to willingly participate on the court or in the classroom. I have always put respect and kindness at the forefront of who I am, as well as I believe in encouraging and inspiring people to achieve their best. Having been diagnosed with Type I Diabetes at the age of 8, I have learned to overcome challenges and not let them deter from my dreams. Ultimately, I seek to graduate college having made a positive impact and being prepared to actively contribute to society in multiple ways. Whether I find myself pursuing Pharmaceuticals or Engineering, I know that I wish to extend my knowledge and love for the game of tennis for generations to come.
