Hello, my name is Quinn Sorel and I am currently a junior at Northport High School. I started playing tennis in middle school and my goal is to continue playing throughout college. I have been a starter for the girls varsity tennis team since freshman year and competed in the individual tournament for my division for the past two years. I attend private lessons with my coach to keep my game up and to improve for my upcoming seasons. My team has chosen me to be a Captain for our 2023 season due to my commitment and dedication. One of the things that I love about being on a team is the personal connections I get to make with my teammates and learning about each person individually. Along with working hard on the court, I am also a diligent student who strives for academic success. I have a 3.5/4.0 GPA and I am currently enrolled in IB Psychology. I have also taken several college level courses that my school offers and plan to continue to take accelerated classes in my senior year. I am a very hardworking and motivated student-athlete who is committed to achieving my personal best.
