Hi, my name is Anna Shepard, and I would like to tell you about myself!
I am an extremely competitive person, and I expect the best from myself and my teammates at all times. I love tennis, and I would love to continue playing at a collegiate level as a means to extend my academic career, as well as to continue actively competing in a sport that I love.
I am an extremely hard worker, and I value the importance of grades as well as athletic performance. I am a leader on the court as well as in the classroom. I would be a valuable addition to your team because of my high personal expectations, work ethic, academic ability, and commitment to the sport that I love.
While in college, I expect to complete at least a master's degree, hopefully in a 5-year plan. I plan to be an agrigenomics advisor, with a focus on commercial production. I am attending college to further my education, and not make questionable decisions that could compromise my future career. If I were a part of your collegiate team, you would never have to worry about eligibility requirements or academic probation. I value leadership and organization, and I believe that through collegiate-level tennis, I would be able to contribute to the overall leadership and academic goals of the team.
I am dedicated to bettering myself as well as my peers, especially my teammates. I am a valuable team member as I make all feel welcome, assist in whatever manner that I am able, whether it be tennis, academics, or anything else, and my dedication to the sport. With me on your team, you will see more teammate connections, higher value placed on grades, and greater dedication to the sport.
