Personal Statement
My long term goal is to become an emergency room nurse. While pursuing my undergraduate education, I also want to continue to participate in tennis which I have been actively playing since age 9. I have been a member of the varsity tennis team since I was a freshman and play #1 and/or #2 singles for our varsity team.
I was the team captain this year and had a great season. Recently, my doubles partner and I won all of our matches at Sectionals and qualified for Districts (October 2019). We went on to compete at Districts where we were ultimately defeated, however, reaching Districts was a goal of mine that was achieved. I had the best overall record on our varsity team for my Junior and Senior year and I received the MVP award my Junior year and the Coaches award my Senior year.
