Maya Hilborn '27 Recruiting Profile

I started late to competitive tennis as I played 4 years of travel volleyball. I am passionate about tennis and am improving quickly! I can tell you about any match ever televised. I am fortunate to have extremely good coaching that has taught me proper technique. I am very coachable and am no where near my full potential yet. I have a complete training regiment. I train on the court, play matches, prioritize fitness, train with sports psychologists and take my nutrition seriously. My coaches say that I am the social glue for my team. I am a team player and will thrive and contribute positively to a team environment. I am a strong academic student and will be able to balance my sports and academics. I am also a hard worker, a very social person with strong morals and values, and I believe that I would be a great addition any women's tennis team.
