Felicia Manful '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi My name is Felicia Manful, I am class of 2022 at Conestoga Highschool. I started playing tennis at a summer camp the age 7.  Tennis has become a part of who I am, and I can't envision myself playing another sport. Playing high school tennis I realized that I have a strong desire to play at the next level. Due to covid, this year I haven't been able to play many tournaments. So, I started training at home and doing whatever I can to improve my game. I play tennis almost everyday, when I'm off the court I work on speed and endurance training at the gym. Now you're probably wondering, " what makes you better than other candidates?" Recently I've been able to pinpoint my weaknesses and I am determined to strengthen them. I've also been working on my mentality, in order to have a stronger mindset on the court. Thinking about the challenges I will face playing college tennis is exhilarating. I'm prepared for what's next, and to show that I can fight until the last ball hits the ground.
