I began running my Freshmen year of highschool, and I have very much enjoyed it ever since. It has become a prominent part of my life, and I would like to compete at the colleigiate level. I am an extremely hard worker, and I love being challenged with workouts and different techniques. I am a very good listener, and am also extremely competitive. I work very hard in school, and I am taking many difficult classes to prepare for college, and I take school very seriously. In the winter, I volunteer at a local nordic ski club for young kids, and help them learn how to ski. I would love to run at the collegiate level, because I think it would be very rewarding as well as a good way to be in a community once I go to college. I really enjoy running, and while I am still a newer runner, I have learned quite a lot in the past 2 years of running and I would love to continue with it in college.
