Some goals I want to accomplish in college is to be a positive role model and be in the Olympics. I am a perfect candidate for their team because I am a leader, extremely competitive, determined, coachable, kind, cooperative and positive. At 10 years old I tore my ACL, Meniscus and cracked my fibula and tibia. My injury at 10 has made me Bigger, Better, Stronger and more determined than ever! What makes me different from other recruits in Athletics... I was inducted in the Hall of Fame for Track and Field 2020. In the area of academics my first language was American Sign Language (ASL). My mom taught me ASL to encourage early communication skills and it worked! This past season I was awarded Trinity League Champion, 2nd in all of Orange County, and Most valuable player of the year. Furthermore, I was honored by receiving an invite to race at Arcadia Invitational meet which was a terrific learning experience. I was so stoked about this because I'm only a sophomore and I have so much to look forward to!
