Hello, my name is Kianna Ruffin I run cross country and track for Ukiah high school and I run the 400, 200, 100, and the 4x100. I believe my best events are the 200 and 400 meters. What makes me different than others is I strive to do better everyday and try and stay after practice to practice in blocks and improve to be the best that I can be. I ended my freshman season of track with 1:01.7 in the 400 and 26.7 in the 200. Since COVID hit I have not been able to PR but for my senior year I am hoping to get under those times, I believe if I train really hard and believe in myself I can get those PR’s. Going to college for track has always been a dream of mine and I would be the first in my family to go to college not only for school but for sports too! I hope you consider reaching out and for anyone reading this I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day, and thank you for your time.
