Hi my name is benel I'm an african american kid I'm from Congo in africa i moved to the US in 2017. My first language is French, English is my second. I'm a singer and a dancer. I've started throwing shot put and discus during my sophomore year in high school, but before that i was running the 100. I love being active, i have a dream and a vision which is playing Track and field in college. Ever since I've started throwing it just became a part of me.  I've been throwing shot put and discus for 1 year before that I've never done it but i truly believe that i can make it a part of me, a part of my life in which i will tell my kids about in the future i didn't get a chance to throw my junior year because of everything that happened, i was ready to throw further but destiny didn't give me a chance but i believe that my senior will be filled with surprises. My goal is to get better and better at it and meet someone who can teach me more about shot put and discus.
