2022 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I am a hardworking student-athlete and have wanted to participate at a higher level since I started track and field in middle school. My past two years of high school track have been difficult due to COVID and injuries, but I have trained hard this year in the offseason. I can confidently say that I am back and ready to complete! I am very coachable and hard-working and am willing to go above and beyond not only on the track but in the classroom. I have maintained a 4.18 GPA, am currently taking honors and AP classes, along with several extracurricular groups such as NHS, LINK Leadership, and Meals on Wheels volunteering.
My main goal is to find a college that will push me to my highest potential and am open to any college that will allow me to compete at the highest level possible on the track and in the classroom. I can't wait to continue to grow in this upcoming season!
