My goals that I have with the major I plan on going into is to help other people out physically. I feel like being an athletic trainer or in sports management that I will be able to fulfill that deed. I want to be able to help people achieve the goals they have set for themselves in the fitness lifestyle. I love helping others out whether that is volunteering at the local animal shelter or in the fitness gym. Being a track and field athlete has shown me that this is my true passion and I want to be able to guide others when I get older and am no longer able to participate in this sport myself.
I believe I am a good candidate for your team because of my ability to participate in both track and in any other extra functions the school may be hosting. I have a strong work ethic and push myself and others to be the best they can be. I have learned many things through my track and field career. One major thing I've learned is that every practice or meet may not go the way you planned. However, one day can not slow you down from being where you want to be! Only the best athletes have those off days.
