Morgan Frye '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Morgan Frye. I am a sophomore at Deland-Weldon High School in DeLand Illinois. I am a four sport athlete for the Deland-Weldon Eagles. I do basketball, volleyball, cheer, and track. I started all sports when I was in filth grade, but unfortunately I got injured my seventh grade year that caused a two and a half year recovery. That caused me to miss my eighth grade and freshman years of basketball, volleyball, and cheer. I was lucky enough to be able to participate in track. I got my personal records for shot put and discus that year. Shot put being 31'1 ft and discus being 86'0 ft. I currently hold the middle school rebound record for basketball, and the discus and shot put record in track. I think I would be a goof fit for your team because I'm a very driven athlete that is ready for any challenge I'm given. I love working as a team to get better as we learn from each other.
